Your new role:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, referrers, staff and clinicians
- Answering phones and looking after incoming emails
- Liaising with health funds, Medicare, DVA, referrers, clients and service providers
- Co-ordinating practice diary
- Scheduling, confirming and billing appointments
- Processing bulk billing and DVA claims
- Handling confidential client documentation
- Filing, archiving, data entry and other clerical duties as required
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Previous medical practice experience would be desired but not essential
- Exceptional computer skills with ability to quickly learn new systems
- Experience working with a variety of different work styles and personalities
- Highly professional, proactive and sensitive to people’s needs
- Great time management and prioritisation skills
