Key Responsibilities include:
  • Contribute to high professional standards for administrative services by resolving day to day operational issues relating to procedures, assist with the review and development of work practices/procedures.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of operational and administrative processes and work practices. Actively identify areas of risk and provide recommendations for improvement and implement enhancements to existing practices.
  • Liaise with the Department of Child safety Local Regional intake service to ensure timely receipt of Child in need of protection reports and outcomes for review by clinical staff.
  • Maintains accuracy of CPLU data for reporting purposes by data validation activities and developing accurate data entry capability in front-line clinician and administrative staff.
  • Assist with producing and maintaining standard reports on data quality, providing information for analysis and publication as required including Reporting monthly data updates to the CNC for distribution to WCS Nursing Services Director.
Remuneration value up to $8540 p.m., comprising salary between $3125.20 - $3443.10 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4) (temporary full time position, 76 hrs p.f. up to 27/11/2022).
