The Technology Administrator is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to both the Technology Operations team and wider Technology group. The position is responsible for coordinating the team’s Quality Assurance Audits and ensuring compliance with relevant WesTrac policies and procedures, coordinating various aspects of site access and mobilisation, ensuring daily time sheets are entered timely and correctly and induction arrangements within the designated area of responsibility. The Administrator is also responsible for ensuring that external items are encoded onto work orders and priced correctly. Further administration functions may be required as directed.

Location: Guildford

Roster: Monday to Friday, Permanent Full Time

To be successful the following is required:

• Highly developed administrative skills with previous experience within a similar role
• Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
• Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office and relevant internet-based applications
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
• Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
• Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
• Mobilisation experience is highly desirable
