Customer Support Officers, in Comcare’s Contact Centre respond by telephone to general enquiries and requests for information from Comcares’ internal and external clients.
The Contact Centre is responsible for working across the business to deliver a customer-focussed experience.
The Customer Support Officer works under the supervision of a Team Leader. The work is not too complex but can be technical and sensitive in nature.
The Contact Centre is open from 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday (Australian Eastern Standard Time). Flexible workplace arrangements may be able to be accommodated within the operating hours. Team members must be able to work flexible hours to meet changing demand (including working on non-national public holidays from time to time.)
