We are looking for AIN's to complement and enhance the current casual nurse pool at Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service, where you will have the opportunity to undertake available shifts - work as much or as little as you like to fit in with your personal commitment or study.

• Provision of support to the nursing team in the delivery of nursing care in a mental health environment as directed by the Registered Nurse.
• Provide direct care activities to consumers in accordance with the nursing care plan and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist Registered and Enrolled Nurses with consumer care interventions as directed
• Contribute to collecting accurate health care information and maintaining accurate health care documentation as required
• Communicate effectively with consumers and other health care team members in accordance with appropriate protocol

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. Please provide proof of booster vaccination if available
