The role:

Due to rapid growth, Gallipoli Home has multiple Assistant in Nursing (AIN) and Team Leader opportunities.

Suitable candidates will be hired on a casual basis with a possibility of becoming permanent. New Graduates are Welcome to Apply!

Key responsibilities:

• Promote a resident focused approach in household tasks and activities such as meal assistance, mobilisation, personal hygiene, social wellbeing, etc.

• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families

• Create a resident-centered environment and supporting the interdepartmental teams

• Performing general administrative duties as required

About you:

• Appropriate qualification in Aged Care/Nursing/Disability Services

· Passionate, caring and empathetic

• Bilingual proficiency (Turkish & Arabic preferable)
• Ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons and night shifts including weekend
• COVID vaccination and police clearance
• Ability to write progress notes on eCase (highly recommended)
