About you
You are a highly capable penultimate year (second last year) university student with demonstrated critical analysis and problem-solving skills along with the ability to effectively present and communicate information both verbally and in writing. You will take a collaborative approach to achieving outcomes for the stakeholders and customers you support. As a values-based decision maker, you will be passionate about doing what’s right for the customer and the BOQ Group. Ultimately, we are looking for good humans who encourage diverse thinking and who will support the organisation to continue adapting and transforming to deliver our purpose and values.
You will need permanent working rights in Australia or New Zealand to apply for the program.
