We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications including a large range of products and systems that cover insulation, ventilation, solar, bricks, and roof tiles.

The opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated professional to join our team as a Business Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your analytical skills to provide critical insight on operational information as well as suggestions for process improvement.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide the Customer Service Manager with accurate, relevant and timely information through proactive interpretation of data to support business decisions and continuous improvement;
• Analyse customer data and processes to identify improvement opportunities;
• Provide transactional support to customer service team;
• Monitor and report on trends and opportunities by developing tools and processes that will support this objective;
• Support business improvement opportunities within the broader S&I process and stakeholders through review, analysis and recommendations. e.g. Warehouse, logistics, installation, supervision and safety.

What will make you an excellent fit for this role?

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance and / or Commerce;
• Strong analytical skills
• An advanced level of Microsoft Excel and ideally an exposure to SAP or a similar system;
• Excellent communications skills, being able to analyse, interpret and communicate insights.
