Our client is looking for an experienced, motivated Business Support Officer to join their team located in Birtinya on a full-time temporary basis. This position is an exciting opportunity to make your mark in a business.
Your new role
In this role as a Business Support Officer you will provide direct administration support to the team. Committed to success this well established and well respected organisation are experts in their field. This is a temporary contract working 5 days per week, working normal business hours (8.30-4.30pm). Duties will include:
- Provide excellent administrative and customer service support to the business including answering all incoming phone calls from clients and staff members
- Maintain and update rosters as required including staff scheduling requirements
- Accurate data entry into various systems relevant to the business
- Provide a high level of customer service on a daily basis
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role as a Business Support Officer ideally with a background in the aged care sector will lead to your success. You must have proficient computer literacy, highly developed organisational skills, maturity to handle a range of situations and be able to work to tight deadlines.
