This is a maternity relief position and should the permanent incumbent require an early return from maternity leave, this contract of employment will cease with two weeks notice. Maternity relief positions can be for a period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of continued employment for up to a further 12 months for maternity leave reduced hours, therefore there are no claims to permanency.

What you’ll be doing
The Administrative Support Officer provides a comprehensive range of high-level administrative and public/customer relation support functions to support the achievement of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service.
In this role you will undertake a variety of general administrative duties, such as managing office communications and information flow, Assisting Senior Officers with service delivery and preparing and manipulating documents in support of the team.
A successful candidate will be able to work under limited direction and guidance to provide day to day administrative support to the unit/department to ensure effective service delivery and achieve the team’s goals. You will be supported in this role by experienced senior officers and fellow administration officers and will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills as part of an efficient and cohesive administration team.

This role is part of the CCLHD CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service) Team based at Tuggerah Business Park.
The Central Coast Local Health District Mental Health Team is a well-established and highly experienced team dedicated to the compassionate care of our local community. The multidisciplinary team comprises a range of experienced Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Psychiatrists that work collaboratively to provide excellent mental health care.
