The Position

• Assist in the management of the front-end recruitment process, from sourcing through to medical
• Document control
• Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
• Talent pooling for current and future vacancies
• Proactively working as part of our great team and providing assistance to others when required

The Person

• Proven resourcing, administrative and organisational skills
• Recruitment experience is not required
• A strong sense of initiative and drive to deliver in a busy environment
• Exceptional phone manner, attention to detail and data entry skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to deliver on tight deadlines
