Job Purpose

Management and leadership of the Trident Operations Centre to ensure effective operational support is provisioned to all sites across the network. This is a 24-hour centre that supports delivery of critical services across security, cleaning, maintenance and landscaping.

Trident has numerous clients across multiple states where 24-hour services are delivered. This portfolio breadth creates an inherent level of complexity making this role suitable for an experienced Operational Manager who is comfortable making decisions under pressure to coordinate timely responses.

Supervision of Operations Room Team

• Supervise and allocate tasks to the Coordinators.
• Ensure all tasks are completed as per operations room procedures.
• Effectively coordinate efforts of Coordinators to ensure all duties are completed.

Incident Management and Reporting

• Review incident data from numerous Tier 3 operational sites.
• Provide advice to management and operational teams on incident responses.
• Coordinate incident responses and notification for Tier 3 sites during core hours and notification for all sites outside of core hours.

Rostering

• Coordinate provision of 24/7 rostering support for Tier 3 Trident sites.
• Coordinate provision of out of hours rostering support for Tier 1 and 2 sites.
• Where required, provide call centre assistance and action of shift coverage.

Training Management

• Provide Training Management Support to all Tier 2 and 3 operational sites.
• Audit the training management system to ensure all staff have completed required training courses.

Lone Worker Management

• Ensure lone worker management policy is enacted nightly for all Tier 3 sites.

Essential Experience

• 5 years leadership and management experience in an operations role as part of the services industry, police or defence
• Demonstrated experience in high tempo environments utilising Incident and Operational Management Systems
