This position will have responsibility for the following:

• Mentors, trains and provides additional guidance and coaching in relation to accounting and taxation areas to support the development of the junior team members.
• Reviews and provides feedback to team members on the work completed.
• Manages delays, issues and advises Client Director where appropriate.
• Understands the needs and financial/business objectives of the client.
• Able to prepare written responses for clients around compliance issues including the approach to resolving them.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Bachelor Degree
• CA qualified as a preference
• 6 years of Professional Services experience
• Positive attitude with a desire to continuously learn and grow
