Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) | Aged Care | 4-6 Week Contract
Seeking a confident and experienced clinician looking to apply their fantastic clinical skills in a real community feel aged care facility while leading a team.
This is a great opportunity for a Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) seeking to make the step up into a senior role at a manageable sized facility in the Somerset Region just over an hour from Brisbane with a real community feel.

Care Manager Duties:
- Coordinating the clinical care of residents
- Quality assurance
- Motivating teams
- Accreditation & compliance experience
- Systems & processes experience
- Proven knowledge of clinical documentation & standards
Requirements:
- Current APHRA Registration
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse (Within residential aged care)
- Passion for aged care.
- Flu Vaccination Record
- Covid Vaccinated
- Current police check (within 12 months)
