About the Role:

A newly created opportunity has arisen to appoint a full time Commercial Assets Manager to join our Finance team, located at our head office in Notting Hill.

Reporting to the Financial Operations Manager, you will be accountable for:

  • Minimising cost across depreciation, freight and storage charges whilst ensuring sales and contract loan fulfilment performance is not impacted by inadequate equipment levels.
  • Maximising returns through the sale of redundant/excess assets as part of a robust planning processes across all fleet portfolios.
  • Driving greater efficiency of the OAZ owned fleet.
  • Maintaining strong safeguarding processes around equipment existence and systems alignment.

What we are looking for:

You will consider yourself to be a strategic, achievement-orientated and a determined individual with:

  • At least 8 years of experience in an analytical role which incorporates commercial, financial and asset management experience.
  • Preferred additional experience in Supply Chain, Business process frameworks, Project Management.
  • An ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across a broader cross-section of roles and seniority.
  • Excellent analytical ability and skills.
