We have an exciting opportunity as our CRM & Loyalty Specialist for our Platypus Shoes.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of customer led strategies in conjunction with Brand Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Technology and Data Insights teams. These strategies will incorporate all facets of CRM and Loyalty marketing including, but not limited to; acquisition, lifecycle and retention strategies, segmentation & targeting, loyalty program management & optimisation, customer research & sentiment monitoring, customer data analysis and insights.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Drive the strategy & ongoing activities of the upcoming AU/NZ Loyalty Program
  • Strategise, execute and evaluate all lifecycle and tactical CRM campaigns
  • Drive the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns.
  • Work alongside Marketing & eCommerce teams to set the Email Marketing calendar - with CRM being responsible for surfacing data-led customer insight to inform this calendar & the setup of segmentation/targeting workflows
  • Build on our segmentation strategy to deliver audiences for CRM and Email Marketing campaigns to enrich the way in which we communicate to customers
  • Deliver key insights to the wider business around customer, ensuring that we measure the metrics that matter & create actionable insight off the back of these
  • Own and optimise CRM strategies through partnering with brand marketing, trade and eCommerce teams to establish best practice, inform performance, and enable automated journeys
  • Support the execution of Email and Cross-channel Marketing Campaigns as required through our Campaign Platform
  • Implement strategies to drive the health & performance of the customer database, including driving initiatives around data enrichment, member acquisition & to prevent churn
  • Strategise & execute all automated CRM campaigns, working with the Digital Solutions team to implement more technical workflows
  • Work with the CRM & Loyalty Manager to drive the ongoing optimisation of all CRM & Loyalty activities, including control group assessment & A/B testing roadmaps
  • Responsible for the deliverability outcomes of the AU & NZ mailings, involving working on deliverability issues or initiatives with our third-party partner
  • Maintain & nurture relationships with external vendors and key internal stakeholders within Accent Group
What we are looking for:
  • Demonstrated experience in Digital, eCommerce or CRM/Loyalty Marketing
  • Experience using Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Emarsys, Mail Chimp or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of competency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics desirable
  • Understanding of customer databases and complex data sets
  • Experience in customer lifecycle management, with proven ability to impact customer value
  • Customer-centric approach to recommendations and insights
  • Effective time management skills & meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
