In this position you will be responsible for the delivery of high-qualify customer and administrative services as the first point of contact to visitors to the Bondi Pavilion. This role will respond to the enquiries related to all Council services from the Community, through face-to-face, phone, online and email interactions. The Customer Experience Officer will be responsible for providing visitor information to national and international guests including directions and advice on local amenities. They will also support the delivery of Bondi Pavilion based activities and events through ticket sales and general enquiries.

To be successful, you will have a High School Certificate or equivalent with 2 years’ experience working in a customer facing role. You will also demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication. You will be able to demonstrate strong computer skills with the ability to retrieve data for customer enquiries and reporting purposes. Knowledge of Local Government services and legislation is highly regarded.
