ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a talented Customer Sales Consultant (Outbound) to increase consumer direct sales and build relationships with prospective customers.
- Convert outbound telephone calls and e-mail correspondence into sales
- Provide outstanding customer service and support
- Follow up direct customer leads and initiate outbound calls
- Educate customers on products and destinations
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Previous Sabre GDS experience
- Sales experience within a call-centre environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for travel and customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience using Sabre GDS
