Description

The role involves using telephone, email, and chat interfaces to answer questions from travel agents and prospective clients and existing clients.

• Respond to enquiries in a prompt, friendly and accurate manner.
• To meet their reasonable service standards in response times.
• Work closely with other team members and management to proactively manage work-flows so that all team members are meeting the service standards.
• You will have the ability to develop an in depth knowledge of travel insurance, its purpose, function and how it is distributed.

Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Telephone support or call centre experience
• Insurance administration or support experience
• General Insurance Broking
• Travel Industry experience
