About the role

Our Bathurst branch has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator is the first point of contact to support customers for repairs and general service enquiries.

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing the completion of work orders, warranty claims and the invoicing of all workshop and field service jobs, whilst ensuring customer’s requirements are achieved within an agreed timeframe and budget.

The position will be Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts with the ability to work overtime and weekends if required.

Desired Skills & Experience

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • A minimum 5 years equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in a similar industry (Preferred but not essential).
  • Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven time management skills and experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills – Interpersonal, written and verbal
  • Proven stakeholder engagement
  • A high level of customer service with a dedication towards a high level of ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritising accordingly.
  • Advanced computer literacy skills – MS office and other relevant internet-based applications.
  • Familiarisation with computerised Customer Management systems
  • Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
