- Answering inquiries, providing information and explaining the NDIS to people with disability, their family and the broader community
- Assisting with a range of administration and coordination tasks including bookings and calendar management of Local Area Coordination services in various locations across Australia
- Ensuring all records, information, contacts and activities are accurately recorded in the NDIS CRM system

What you’ll need to have:
- Previous experience working within a customer service role or similar, preferably in a call centre environment
- A genuine desire and modern approach to empowering Australians with disability
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to effectively plan and prioritise work tasks
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with highly developed telephone techniques in order to liaise effectively with customers
- A person-centred approach to outcomes, confidentiality, and professional integrity
- An unwavering commitment to upholding the Feros Care values and core pillars of the NDIS
What we can do for you:
- Non-for-profit Salary Packaging (up to the value of $15,899 per annum tax free) and Meal and Entertainment Packaging (up to the value of $2650 per annum tax free) (Part time and Full time employees)

- Private Health Insurance Discount (Medibank)
- Employee Referral Program
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- 9 weeks paid parental leave (Part time and Full time employees)
- All technology / equipment provided
- Dedicated, supportive managers who care about your wellbeing
