Do you have great customer service skills and dealing with customers over the telephone?


This is an amazing opportunity for you to be part of a future minded not for profit organisation who is focused on creating a stronger more connected community. Working Monday to Friday with rostered hours between 6am - 6pm, this position is based in Joondalup working with a supportive team in a relaxed office with free secure staff parking. We also are a dog friendly office who love to have fun in a team environment.

As you can see, this isn’t your typical customer service role. If you are passionate about connecting with customers and would get satisfaction from helping people maintain independence at home, access social support in the community or to achieve their own personal goals. And if you have previous customer service experience and can navigate new technology and systems, we would love to hear from you.


What You Need To Succeed

You’ll also need the following and will be required to provide evidence prior to commencement:


  • Customer Service Experience in an administration or call centre environment (at least 2 year)
  • Experience working with Disability and Aged Care services preferred however not essential
  • Administration and Telephone Skills
  • Australian working rights (Passport, Birth Certificate or Visa/Immi Grant)
  • National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current 2022 Influenza and Covid vaccinations
