About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service call centre professional to further their career with a successful FMCG company who supports the growth of the independent retailer.

As an essesntial service this role supports the Food Pillar where you will be a central point of contact for internal and external customers providing quick support and complaint resolution services. We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment. We need team members that are flexible with hours to work Monday to Friday and public holdidays if required on a 7am to 7pm rotating shift .

Working with a dynamic and diverse team you will thrive in a volume customer driven environment that requires excellent time management and problem solving skills.

What you’ll do

Proactively manage individual claims from notification to closure within required timeframe

Answer all inbound call types

Outbound warm selling

Ensure high accuracy in data entry, covering orders, claims, customer records and information

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to optimise service and sales opportunities ensuring a total supply solution

Be involved in new initatives that support the wider team

What you’ll bring

• Experience in a Call Centre Customer Service environment is a must!
• Strong organisation/time management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office applications at an intermediate level
