We are a national business distributing personal healthcare products to people in their homes to help them enjoy a better quality of life. All proceeds from our healthcare product sales go towards delivering community support to those living with a disability in Victoria.

  • Previous experience in an office-based call centre and/or customer serviceposition, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
  • An infectiously positive attitude and outlook that you enjoy sharing with others.
  • The ability to adapt communication style to suit the varying needs of our customer base.
  • One who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Empathetic and patient listener.
  • Great problem solving skills to help deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Good computer literacy skills.

  • We are also an essential service and as Customer Service Officers we are permitted to work on site. So you will have no disruptions to your routine.


The Customer Service Officers key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Developing and maintaining relationships with our varied and vulnerable client base
  • Processing customer phone/email orders and enquiries
  • Provide accurate advice to customers to enable them to meet their needs and make informed decisions
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders accordingly to ensure that thebest customer service is provided for our customers.


Applicants must have full:


  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
  • Will be required to complete a police check prior to commencement
  • Covid-19 vaccination certificate is required


Opportunities Available:


Part Time, 22.8 hours a week - Wednesday to Friday (potentially flexible to other days if required)


The start date for this role is Monday, 08 August 2022.
