About The Role
Working as part of a fantastic Contact Centre Team, the Customer Service Representative (CRS) is responsible for engaging with customers, banks, valuers and other key stakeholders to progress a valuation requests through to completion.
Reporting to a supportive Team Leader, the Call Centre Scheduler will work in a fast paced, dynamic and exciting role where no two days will be the same.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls and e-mails from customers, valuers, banks and other stakeholders with an objective of resolving the reason for the contact.
- Managing customer interactions through a phone system, Microsoft Outlook, Skedulo and various web-based applications.
- Scheduling valuation appointments.
- Manage and prioritise a range of back-office tasks related to the progression of valuation jobs through to completion
- Provide exceptional customer service in the management of customer and other stakeholders queries via telephone, e-mail and text message
About you
We are seeking individuals who have vast experience working in a customer service role, ideally in a contact centre environment with high volume of calls. In addition, you will have:
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technological skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Advanced negotiation skills and experience resolving complex customer issues.
- Experience in multitasking and prioritising workloads in high volume environments.
- Familiarity and comfort with using Microsoft Office and web-based systems
- Strong attention to detail.
- A positive and professional demeanor.
This role is part time (20 hours per week) working afternoon shifts 3-7pm working from home.
