Pay Rate: $31.25 per hour + super
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Work from Home, potential to work in office in the future

We are currently recruiting multiple roles for Customer service and sales based roles with a leading provider of vocational education, based in Tamworth, NSW.
Your new role
Within your new role, you will be assisting with enquiries to new, prospecting and previous customers:
- Receiving inbound and making outbound calls
- Send & receive emails regarding admission
- General administration
- Data entry
- Working with an established team
What you'll need to succeed
- Your own laptop
- Strong customer service and administration skills
- Ability to manage high volume based work
- Prioritise workload in a busy environment
- Previous contact centre, sales & customer service experience is highly desirable
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Valid Police Check
- Covid Vaccination policy in place
