Tasks & responsibilities include:

• 
  Process bank authority forms

• Communicate with clients and respond to support queries via phone, email and Zendesk

• Onboard clients to the BGL Bank Data Service database

• Process cancellations

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly checks to ensure cancellations/forms/issues are dealt with in a timely manner

• Continually review and monitor processes within the team and suggest changes or improvements

• Document communications in the appropriate channels

• A range of additional admin tasks to support the Data Services Team

Qualifications & experience

• Data entry and administration experience is beneficial but not crucial
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel) would be ideal
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• High attention to detail and ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
• Most importantly, a willingness to learn!
