Demand Generation Manager

You are a marketing professional with experience building and managing strategies to develop and cultivate long-term customer relationships. You are innovative, have high attention to detail, and are passionate about the vision of our company and the products and services we offer.
What You Do:
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing for WHILL /Scootaround North America the Demand Generation Manager is responsible for taking ownership and driving strategy to increase demand and improve the customer’s experience. In this position, you will execute, monitor, and optimize strategies to build brand awareness, promote current and new products and services, identify new markets, and create excitement while developing customer loyalty.
What That Actually Involves:
- Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences across the various business channels of the organization.
- Translate personas into executable lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
- Identify most effective nurture and communication strategies to achieve conversion rates across personas, business units, and sales channels, including rental, retail, phone, brick and mortar, and online sales sources.
- Collaborate with internal design, content, digital strategy, and sales team develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline.
- Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels.
- Monitor & develop methods to capture customer experience, feedback, and preferences.
- Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and programs to the various customer segments, in collaboration with digital team.
- Knowing the company’s brand and products inside and out.
- Working within a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments, like sales and content, to develop and enhance strategies and build effective support programs, such as sales enablement.
- Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth.
- Assuring buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success.
- Delivering performance reports to leadership and departments you partner with.
- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (blog posts, white papers, reports, etc.).
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience & track record of success in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Experience with SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience managing a small team.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- You are proficient in Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads.
- You are skilled in Microsoft Office Suite Tools.
- You have effective time management skills and are comfortable juggling multiple projects.
- You bring an entrepreneurial spirt, warm personality, and are people oriented.
- You are people-oriented and analytical with the ability to not only follow processes but create and improve them. You think scale and work well within a team.
- You can analyze, develop strategy, and implement with limited oversite. You are a doer.
