AT A GLANCE

RVO Health is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer I to join our Atlanta office. This position is ideal for a person who wants to take an active role in supporting both the end user and the operations teams, as needed.

What You'll Do

• Installation and support end-user devices over the phone, remotely, and in-person
• Providing technical support to end users on basic hardware and software issues
• End-user workspace setup and teardown
• Help manage and audit inventory
• Work out of a ticketing system (Freshservice)
• Audit/Triage tickets that need escalation
• Assist with managing/coordinating outages and outage communication
• Monitor Slack channels for trends
• Work with multiple tech groups including Systems Engineers, AV, and Network teams
• Assistance on Global RVO projects as needed
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation
• This is a first shift position (approx. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

What We're Looking For

• Windows 10 and macOS installation experience
• Basic knowledge of SSO providers (Okta)
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office (Windows, Mac, Mobile)
• Comfortable with over-the-phone and remote screen sharing support
• Willingness to help as needed on other projects (AV, Facilities, Badge/Access mgmt)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be a self-starter with a team-focused, positive attitude and attention to detail

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
