- 2 x Part Time roles (up to 35 hours/week)
- Weekend availability required for 1 of the roles
- Hybrid working arrangements- 1 day at the office, the balance work from home

The Role
You will work alongside our dedicated eCommerce Support team who will support with training and guidance as you build your confidence to answer inquiries. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving eCommerce sales through exceptional customer service
- Providing administrative support for the Beacon Lighting group web sites and Trade Club
- Working in a Beacon Lighting store for your first 2 weeks to gain a hands-on experience with our products
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in retail sales and customer service
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to sell products over the phone
- A moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Great problem solving skills and a knack for resolving issues
- Able to think on your feet and suggest solutions
- Equally happy to work autonomously as within a team
