The Role:
As an EL1 Finance Operations professional, you will be working and managing the accounts payable team within the department’s financial management branch in Canberra. This role is responsible for a comprehensive finance operations and service delivery within the CFO Group.
Key tasks include:
- Oversee and manage financial processing and operations
- Identify processes to mitigate issues and drive best practices
- Work towards building key relationships and actively help with team planning to achieve desired goals
- Demonstrate high quality customer service, finance and compliance knowledge
- Ability and confidence to communicate and engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Audit and assurance experience would be highly preferred
- Team management experience highly essential
- Proactive, sound judgement and excellent attention to details
You must be an Australian Citizen to be considered for this role and Baseline clearance is required.
