The Role

Epworth’s eLearning system delivers and manages core training and education for the Epworth group.

In this Part time position, based at Epworth Richmond campus you will be responsible for the provision of frontline service support for eLearning system users, maintenance of staff records, managing the placement and operation of content within the system, and the production of important reports from the system.

You will work with, and support the eLearning Systems Administrator in maintaining the learning management system’s operation and the trialling and launching of eLearning content.

Your work will focus on delivering excellent service for users and stakeholders in the system on a consistent daily basis.

You will be required to test and document changes to the system and new content and will be supported to continuously think of better ways of doing things and to help implement these improvements.

To be successful in the role you will have:
A relevant tertiary qualification
Experience in administration of an IT system in a complex environment (or equivalent experience)
Experience in providing customer service in a challenging environment
Experience in providing sustained and effective communication practices with a wide range of stakeholders
Evidence of ability to effectively self-manage and troubleshoot
Broad understanding of the operation and uses of databases in enterprise software applications
A capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively manage and prioritise the conflicting needs of stakeholder groups and customers
Advanced skills in PC windows environment including Microsoft Office 365
Demonstrated detailed documentation skills and the ability to perform system testing
Highly developed organisational and time management skills
The ability to sustain close attention to detail
Adaptability, resilience and a positive can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
