Your new role
As the Electricity Network Safety Management System ( ENSMS) Delivery Lead you will be responsible for managing the delivery of the ENSMS Development Program. You will co-ordinate across different business units and stakeholders to ensure the ENSMS requirements are met in an agreed timeframe. You will assist in the development of fit for purpose project and program management frameworks and deployment to projects
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated capability through past relevant experience
- Professional experience in a similar role with proven experience in program delivery
- Experience in leading effective direct and virtual teams to deliver defined outcomes against an agreed schedule , meeting expectations for time, effort and quality.
- Proven experience in the consideration of cost, risk, performance, compliance and shine factors in delivering program outcomes.
- Thorough understanding of safety management principles, including demonstration that safety risk is managed.
- People management skills applied in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in group environments
