Your new role
Receiving inbound calls from existing customers, your goal is to provide exceptional customer service and tailored solutions, whilst adhering to banking compliance guidelines and uncovering future needs for the customer
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong ability to listen to the customer's needs whilst operating various systems at one time
- Has a desire to work towards individual targets and team goals
