Perth Bouncy Castle Hire is looking for event labourers, drivers and general event staff.

About Us:

Perth Bouncy Castle Hire is WA's premier amusement and inflatable service provider. We are a vibrant and fun events team creating fun and entertainment for private and corporate clients.

Every year we help dream, design & build over 1000 special events for our clients so it goes without saying that you are meticulous, resourceful and can work as part of a team or by yourself.

About the role:

You'll be responsible for picking and packing event hire equipment, loading and unloading vehicles, setting up or packing down both small and large events within the community, inventory management, repairs and maintenance of equipment and various other warehouse duties.

Duties would include but are not limited to:

• General warehouse duties
• Loading / unloading for events
• Setting up for events
• Supervising equipment / attractions etc.
• Operating fun food machines eg. Fairy floss machines, popcorn machines
• Engaging with patrons and customers

About you:

You probably describe yourself as detail-oriented and thorough; works to ensure things don't fall through the cracks, and follows up to ensure they're done properly and on time.

You are unassuming, unselfish and has a genuine interest in other people and a strong, intuitive understanding them. Outgoing and friendly, enjoy working with other and lively, warm company.

Your approach to work;

• Enjoys a job that provides flexibility and variety.
• Collaborative; works with and through others. Focused on team cohesion, dynamics and interpersonal relations.

• Works at a faster than average pace; is attentive to details and both quick and accurate in handling them.

What we can provide;

The opportunity to be part of events, festivals all around Perth and Western Australia.

15-40 hours per week.

Majority of the work is between Friday and Sunday, so it is essential that you are available to work on those days.

Flexibility and variety. Everyday is different. Meet different people, set up at different locations, set up different equipment.

What you must have to apply for this role;

• All Staff need to have or is able to obtain a working with children card.
• Events industry experience is advantageous
• Prioritisation and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Trailer driving experience is advantageous
• Forklift licence would be advantageous
• Full driving licence required for delivery driver positions
• A full driving license is preferred but not essential but you would need to be able to get to/from Jandakot for other positions

Full training will be given to successful applicants.

Salary: Up to $35.00 per hour
