Here's a snapshot of your day;
- Manage, motivate and develop a team, with a focus on day-to-day management of the Corporate and Light Industrial Portfolio.
- Leading with a customer focus across all operational activities and working towards strong & effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage and deliver repairs & minor works projects within the site
- Vendor management and contract reviews
- Maintain and manage all PPM’s and reactive works
- Management of all hard & soft services across your portfolio
- Manage and control purchase orders, work orders and web quotes.
- Be available for 24/7 on-call to manage the rectification process for incidents
- Financial support for the full P&L, budgetary forecasting, and financial management for the sites you are responsible for and other projects
- Prepare business and operational risk assessments, work plans and procedures necessary to mitigate against disruption to services during maintenance, repair or upgrade works to the critical systems and assets at the site.
- Ensure subcontractor perform in accordance with agreed scope of works/maintenance agreements and provide regular reporting.
- All ad-hoc client FM requests
Skills and experience
- People management experience with a proven track record of developing and mentoring team members
- Knowledge and application of Occupational Health & Safety Act, Essential Services regulations.
- Ability to manage several functions and projects simultaneously including ability to meet shifting priorities and report to multiple or joint interests.
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and colleagues
