Finance Manager – Technology focused business

Fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager to provide strategic financial management and leadership to this high growth technology focused business supporting their long-term strategic objectives and commercial activities.

The role would see you covering financial management and the implementation of controls and frameworks through to planning, budgeting, analysis, investor relations and commercial strategy.

This is a newly created opportunity for a digitally focused and hands-on commercial leader to drive growth and make their mark.

Key responsibilities:

• Take charge of the financial & management reporting.
• Full exposure to P&L, balance sheet and cashflow and board reporting
• Identify and deliver on strategies that optimise growth opportunities and value.
• Provide insight to business performance, trends, margins, cost savings, price points.
• Budget preparation, performance review and forecasts.
• Financial modelling and analytics supporting commercial opportunities.
• Development of annual operating plans, capital spend and investor relations.
• Implementation of rigour - financial controls, frameworks and policies.
• Process and system improvements - Identifying on areas that can be improved.

About you:

• You will be a dynamic and commercially focussed individual that is keen to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• An experienced Finance professional with broad hands-on experience
• Well presented with strong communication skills with the ability to apply your commercial flair in a high growth setting.

You will have full remit to support all facets of the business to drive growth and provide insights to the senior leadership team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $150,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
