About the Role

FBC is nestled into the foothills on a 21-acre campus with 2 multi-story buildings. We have big plans for how God can use our campus to serve our community, help grow FBC, and honor Him with its beauty.

This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours a week, preferred work schedule includes Friday – Sunday. This individual needs to be able to stand, bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in our Colorado climate. They should be able to work independently with excellent time management skills and are 17 years of age or older.

This team member serves on our Facilities Team and actively supports our landscaping needs. This includes sprinkler repair and water scheduling for landscaped areas, mowing, tree and shrub pruning, flower bed aesthetics including deadheading flowers, weeding, pruning, fertilizing, mulching/adding soil and inspecting for disease. This position may also assist with other outdoor projects including pressure washing sidewalks and other campus maintenance projects.

This team member also supports Ministry Services with software set up and understanding of our doors, cameras, church management system for Facilities Assistance Requests & thermostat setting. They complete ministry requests for facility support including painting, minor repairs or janitorial needs, and event support.
