The Opportunity

We are looking for passionate, vibrant and personable professional to support our Store Manager and lead a team of Sales Assistants to create a positive environment that breeds success.

Assistant Store Manager:

Forming part of the management team, the successful applicant will require the confidence and experience to lead by example and strive to obtain targets that are set. You will be fully responsible for upholding store standards and achieving sales targets.

With an important focus on store standards, merchandising and sales, there will be a strong requirement for the successful applicant to ensure the company's policies and procedures are fully adhered to, whilst embracing our values by having FUN!!!

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Energetic Customer Service Champion with a proven sales growth mindset
• Second in charge responsible for assisting and relieving the store manager
• Ensuring the company's policies and procedures are fully adhered to
• Achieving Store Sales Targets and maintaining stock integrity
• Cash Control Experience
• Stock Control Management
• Vape product knowledge is desirable but not essential
