The Faculty of Arts Global Programs Team is responsible for managing and leading the provision of learning abroad opportunities for students including faculty-led study tours, Arts in Prato, domestic field trips and semester long exchange programs.

The Global Programs Coordinator is accountable for providing professional customer service to support the Faculty’s learning abroad programs. The position works with a team responsible for the provision of management, operational oversight and administration of learning abroad programs to ensure they are high quality and compliant. The position provides expert academic advice to students and acts as a liaison with internal groups to facilitate semester-long learning abroad programs such as exchange and Monash Malaysia programs.

The Global Programs Coordinator will support activities including the coordination of the delivery of a high-quality program of services, systems and administrative processes in accordance with best practice and University policies, procedures and strategic priorities. The incumbent should have a passion for supporting students to achieve their learning abroad goals.

This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
