What you’ll do
In this role you will work with leaders across the company to help Tabcorp to put technology at the heart of all they do and align strategy with value-added outcomes. You will be leading the Wagering & Media Core Operations teams to evolve a significant transformation. As a result, your leadership will drive the newly developed technology strategy to shape products within the Media and Broadcast business.

What you’ll bring:
- Real passion for motivating and igniting inspiration and culture shifts across an organisation
- A robust story about a program you have delivered including the challenges you overcame to manage operational delivery and stability while delivering strategic solutions (Preference within the Wagering & Media Industry)
- A natural curiosity and vision to elevate the technology evolution of Tabcorp
- Demonstrated confidence and experience in influencing senior stakeholders to invest and transform a business
- Experience executing significant cross-functional software projects with multiple partners
- A sophisticated understanding of technology-centred opportunities, challenges and consequences
- Experience in application and infrastructure delivery environments as well as leading technology in media related platform and solution
- Some knowledge of gambling and entertainment industries would be beneficial
- Experience in working in a competitive, fast paced industry
