About The Opportunity
Liverpool Hospital is recruiting for a Hospital Assistant to complement and enhance the current Patient Support Services Department.

To maintain a clean hazard free environment for patients , staff , volunteers and visitors ; providing the highest possible standard in line with NSW Health Environmental Cleaning Policy.

- Demonstrated communication skills both verbal and written (tested at interview)
- Ability to work a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays with the flexibility to work morning, afternoon and night shifts as required according to patient flow needs.
- Ability to navigate with a computer to undertake online training modules/update rosters through HealthRoster and view/update the HRIS Human Resouces Information System by way of Stafflink
- Demonstrated knowledge of Infection Prevention principles and WHS legislation
- Demonstrated Experience in cleaning within a healthcare, commercial or industrial setting
- Ability to work effectively independently or in a group environment
