ESS is the market leading support services division of Compass Group providing ‘home away from home’ comforts for remote workers. Providing hospitality and food solutions to the teams working on various projects throughout the Snowy region, we're currently recruiting experienced Hospitality All Rounders to work in our Kitchens, Bar and Retail areas.

The Position

Your tasks will include serving meals to residents, cleaning and sanitising, assisting our Chefs with food preparation, stock control, maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment, operating bar and retail outlets, and any other ad hoc tasks as required. We have multiple opportunities available working 14 days on, 7 days off.

The Person

• Hospitality experience and safe food handling knowledge a plus
• Ability to work long shifts, on your feet for 10 hours per day, in a fast-paced environment
• RSA (applicable for Bar Staff applicants)
• Must be able to get to a pick-up point eg, Cooma/Canberra/Tumut or Wagga
• White Card (or willingness to apply)
• National Police Check (or willingness to apply)
• Comfortable undertaking a pre-employment medical

Specifically, we are looking for candidates from local areas including, but not limited to Wagga, Tumut Valley, Cooma and ACT regions. We provide bus services to site from these locations.
