About the Role

UTS International is seeking to appoint an International Relations Coordinator to be accountable for a range of tasks associated with the University’s international relations activities including partner and agent agreements, events, familiarisation tours.

The primary function of UTS International is to support and implement the UTS International Strategy and its broader mission of internationalisation; to achieve UTS targets for recruitment of international students, international student mobility, and partnerships; and to provide services to the university as a whole.

About You

As the International Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and ensuring the currency of UTS’ international recruitment agent related database, records and publication website
  • Providing administrative support to international relations officers for international partner, and agent agreements, including research and due diligence
  • Assisting with briefing notes and papers for signing ceremonies, visiting delegations or study/fam tours and projects

Remuneration

Base Salary Range: $73,949 to $84,598 pa (HEW 5)

This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.

This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a continuing basis.
