Looking for an enthusiastic Japanese Speaking Business Alliance Manager for our client that is a real estate business giant in Melbourne. The role is responsible for adding value to a company by extending its accounts to company partners. Relationships with these partners must remain professionally managed and mutually beneficial to both companies. The main objective of a Business Alliance Manager is to increase long-term revenue as well as performance of the company.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Developing and maintaining relationships with business partners, suppliers, clients and customers of the Company and the Group
- Considering and reviewing the Company's business alliance schemes with new business partners, and building relationships and alliances with them
- Monitoring and managing joint property development and other projects with the Company's local partners
- Ensures partner account of the vision, strategies, and capabilities of the alliance
- Develops and executes attainable and strategy plans with the market needs
- Maintains updates to the partner of the latest developments of their alliance account
- Introducing and applying the Group's Intellectual Property and best practices to the property industry and projects in Australia
- Coordinates with internal resources to launch partner sales planning efforts of the company
- Performing your duties in line with all reasonable and lawful directions of the General Manager or the person designated by General Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor's degree is required
- Five years + of demonstrated experience working in medium/large and complex projects
- Must have a passion for sales and technology
- Exceptional communications skills as it will be the core of his career
- Must know how to build relationships as well know how to maintain
- Must be disciplined in collaborating with people as well as be culturally sensitive in dealing with people from diverse backgrounds
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Fluent in Japanese and English
CONDITION
- 12-month full time contract potential to convert to permanent full time
