What you’ll be doing…

• Be the face of our contract & freelancer recruitment service. You’ll be the one driving growth & performance through marketing, brand and recruitment.

• Work closely with your leader to develop & execute growth strategies.
• Increase the awareness of our contract & freelance recruitment service through building yours and eSuite’s online presence. Jump in front of the camera to shoot content, write great blog articles and constantly engage with the audience.
• Maintain & nurture a healthy pool of contract & freelance candidates.

• Proactively engage with potential new clients to build on your desk & ensure profitability.

• You’re lit up by seeing your clients lit up. You LOVE the high of a client that sings your praises on a job well done.

• You have a working knowledge of eCommerce.
• You love having a social media presence and are comfortable building your personal brand online (hello content kings & queens!)
• You’re motivated by personal growth & are an innate self-starter.
• Your integrity is second to none.
