Structure Resources is immediately hiring Structural Welders that can fit and fabricate customer steel parts for the mining industry.

Compensation:

• Up to $32 an hour
• $80 per diem

SCHEDULE:

• 4-10s & 1-8 with some required Saturdays

ENVIRONMENT:

• High Performing Custom Steel Fabrication Shop supporting the industrial and mining industry.

JOB DUTIES:

• Follows all safety policies and procedures. Including wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Safe operation of all shop equipment

• Align and fit parts to specification using the proper tools including hammers, wedges, turnbuckles, and other appropriate tool selections.

• Selecting, measuring, cutting and joining appropriate metals to specification.

• Preparing metals and work surfaces to ensure safe and affective assemblage.

• Maintains housekeeping to acceptable standards

• Setup, operation and maintenance of the tools in the work area, including welder

• Interpreting specifications and blueprints accurately.

• Ability to perform job duties in a repeatable form to ensure product consistency.

• Assist in other departments as business requires.

• All other duties as request by supervisor/management.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• 60% Healthcare after 3 months
• 401k with up to 5% match.
• Shop Hours: 5am-1:30pm+
