The Business

Located high up in the Melbourne skyline, Eureka 89 Restaurant is bursting with excitement as Melbourne life kick starts again. Our restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday, offering our guests an exclusive dining experience for early seatings commencing at 5:30pm, late seating's commencing at 7:00pm and Sunday lunch commencing at 12:00pm.

The Nuts and Bolts

This role is conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne’s South Bank precinct. You will be employed casually, which will allow you to work the hours that suit you...and us! We ask for flexibility in your availability to work Wednesday’s to Sunday’s early afternoons and evenings.

The Fundamentals

You are either an experienced kitchen hand…you’ve done this before or perhaps you are interested in becoming a Chef as a career. Either way you will show commitment, reliability, and a willingness to work within a team to support our kitchen brigade. I have seen many Kitchen Hands develop into talented Chef’s over my career, so perhaps this your opportunity to see how a career in the kitchen will suit you.
