About the client
A great opportunity has arisen with a valued global client of ours for an experienced candidate to take on the role of Laser Cutter Operator based in the Parramatta area of Sydney. Our client are a global industry leader in elevator components with multiple locations on every continent.
Key points of interest include:
- Operating new Press Brake
- Operating CO2 Laser Cutter
- Spray Painting and powder coating
- Operation of Spot Welder and MIG Welding
- Manufacture and fabrication to meet Lead Times
- Maintain a safe, clean area
- Monday – Thursday
- 7:30am – 4pm
- Friday
- 7am – 2:30pm
- $80k – $85k pa + super
- Permanent role
- Based in Parramatta area
- Sheetmetal / Boilermaker trade qualification
- Previous experience in sheet metal work and/or fabrication experience is necessary
- Experience in programming, setting up and operating relevant equipment
- Experience using MIG welding equipment
- Experience with liquid paint and/or powder coating is a plus
- Current forklift licence is preferable
