Our client is an established multi-disciplinary organisation with multiple practices throughout Brisbane. This private practice works with clients with acute and permanent needs of all ages and utilises private and NDIS billing.
Opportunity
This organisation is looking for a Lead Speech Pathologist to join their team to mentor and lead the Speech team. This is a great opportunity for an existing Lead Speech Pathologist or for someone wanting to step up into a leadership position. This leader will be essential to continuing to grow this successful program. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback to their team to continually improve the overall team skillset.
What you need
- Experienced Speech Pathologist
- Desire to step up into a Lead position (Lead experience is an advantage)
- Mentoring experience
- SPA registration
